(www.godiyrecords.com) This series of pay-to-play CDs hits the Great White North, and though I realize these aren't curated so much as solicited, my experience is that there are better garage, punk, funny, bluesrock, bar band acts in Canada than represented here. That said I liked Annunaki's intensity, Dreadnaut's vibe, Death Toll Rising's (intentional?) absurdity, and Rah Rah's name.
