(Drawing Room) The B-side of this Charlambides side-project takes Freak Folk to the
logical conclusion, where it’s so hardcore that it’s just regular country music
played ultra-sincerely with no frills and “Am I supposed to sing into this big
horn, Mr. Lomax?” authenticity. The A-side is Santana-influenced sub-psyche, and
it’s pretty great too, but I want more of the hillbilly stuff!
