(
Munster) GUEST REVIEW BY JAMES PORTER:
This Argentine release was from 1970, but it sounds like U.S. bands from 1967 – a lot more energetic and not as “jammy” as Americna bands entering the Me Decade. If you like the Love, Peace and Poetry psyche compilations you’ll like this. The fuzz sound is unusually tinny, whoich is good news if you value Vox over Fender. On “Alza La Voz,” the fuzz is almost drowned out by a horn section, which makes this Chocolte hot!
