Al Burian Goes to Hell by Al Burian

(Migraine/Microcosm) Though I've never heard of this before, this is apparently something zine stalwart Burian did when he was a youngster, a book length comic about art and suicide and being a dumb, arrogant dick because you are the right age to be so. It also indulges in the philosophy texts, self-righteousness, and self-doubt that go with being just overeducated enough to be a glorious pain in the ass, but also smart and funny and self-aware enough to make a compelling too-long comic about your "journey."   If somehow Al just made this comic in the last year, faking 22 year old angst, he is the greatest genius of zine culture...a zine-ius if you will.
